by Heather Hall

Reliability and an extra $1000, what are you waiting for?

We are very pleased to share some great results from the Consumer Reports 2009 Vehicle Reliability results that were released recently. Consumer reports press release reads "Ford has secured its position as the only Detroit automaker with world-class reliability ...about 90 percent (46 of 51) of Ford, Mercury and Lincoln products were found to have average or better reliability."

The Consumer Reports survey measures vehicle quality in the first three years of service. The results show Ford Fusion having better reliability than Toyota Camry and Honda Accord!

The Tempting World of Discount Paint and Bodywork
The price might be right, but the cost down the road will more than make up for any apparent savings.

There are few things more disheartening than walking up to your vehicle in a parking lot only to realize that someone has put a sizeable ding or dent in its side, or perhaps used your bumpers as feelers during an aborted parking attempt. Even worse is having to deal with the type of damage left behind by someone carelessly rear ending you at a stoplight, especially if their love tap was hard enough to crack bumper covers and displace sheet metal.

In 2008, Ford made headlines when it introduced a revolutionary new tool: SYNC. An in-car communications and entertainment system, SYNC was developed with the help of Microsoft to create an exciting, yet safe new driving experience. Users can operate almost any of their electronic devices – from cell phones to digital media players – inside their vehicles using voice commands, radio controls and even the steering wheel.

Ford Turns to RUTH for Improving Interior Design
Thanks to advanced robotics, the automaker has found someone with all the answers.

Leather, suede and wood are just a few of the many materials car manufacturers use when designing vehicle interiors. Over the course of decades, different fabric trim materials have fallen in and out of favor with drivers across the world; some love the feel of heated leather seats on a cold winter day while others enjoy a cabin filled with the refined, stately look of wood trim and accents.
